Day Visit & Treatment Package Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly and we will always do our best to assist where possible. To ensure fairness for all guests and to maintain the smooth operation of our services, please review our cancellation policy below:

1. After Booking Confirmation and up to 48 Hours Before Your Booking:

  • Any changes, modifications, or updates to a confirmed booking will incur a $30 administration fee per amendment.

2. Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Your Booking:

  • A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will apply, regardless of the reason.

  • Please note that no amendments or changes can be made during this period.

3. Less Than 24 Hours Before Your Booking or No-Shows:

  • A 100% cancellation fee of the total booking cost will apply, regardless of the reason.

  • No amendments or changes are permitted within this timeframe.


Important Note:
All confirmed bookings are fully transferable to another guest for the same service, date, and time.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us deliver the best possible experience for all our guests.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy:

  • Once booking is confirmed: $30 administration fee
  • From 5 days up to the booking date: 50% cancellation fee of the total cost*
  • No Show or same day cancellation: 100% cancellation fee of the total cost*

    *Changing/modification/amendment to the dates of your booking is not feasible

  • In the event of fewer attendees than booked: 100% payment required.

  • Please be informed that any changes/modification/amendment/updates of your booking is subject to an administrative charge of $30 per amendment.

  • Cancellations made by email will be considered from the time the email is sent.
